Singam long time fought for a right cause. He was interested only rules and laws that the local population did not break these criteria for full wellbeing of inhabitants. He gets as the deputy commissioner to work, and tries to reveal crimes of these officials. He is sure that he will manage to stop them, but the corruption scheme up to the end is not opened yet.

Starting investigation, he wishes to find all streams of illegal business, and faces the teacher who taught him to everything and made the police officer. The hero is forced to become for his protection as this man is threatened by danger. He is the correct politician long ago, never crossed the legality border, and did not harm society, and now someone makes on it attempt.
