A serious military coup is taking place in Nigeria, in which civilians are being killed. The US government decides to evacuate its representatives from the devastated territories, trying to save their lives. The conflict is unfolding with renewed vigor every day, there is little time left to save people, so a special purpose reconnaissance and sabotage detachment of the US Navy has been sent to help with the evacuation. They are coping with their task brilliantly, the American ambassador, who worked in Nigeria, is safe and sent aboard an aircraft carrier, which will fly across the ocean.

Having failed to complete the first task, the squad commander receives a new urgent assignment. They need to find a humanitarian aid doctor, Leni Kendricks, who is in the heart of the hostilities. Once in this place, they manage to find the target and deliver it to the place, but upon returning, Lieutenant Watres draws attention to the incredible cruelty towards the local population by the militants. He cannot leave them in such a terrible situation and decides to violate the order of his superiors and help the unfortunate cross the border, but the matter is complicated by the fact that the son of the former president of the country is among the refugees.
